Why is there only one account option at Cloud22?

We are committed to providing the best possible value to our customers. In an effort to do that effectively, we have developed a streamlined service focused on one service offering. By focusing on one service offering we can consolidate resources, be more responsive to changes, and innovate faster.

Is Cloud22 hosting fast?

Oh yeah! All of our accounts have super fast LiteSpeed server-side page caching, Redis & Memcached backend database caching, and integrated asset and markup optimizations. And to make all of this a breeze to setup, we also offer a complimentary WPO service to further optimize your themes and plugins.

Does Cloud22 come with a control panel?

Yes they do! You can access a simplified control panel from the Account Center or access your full cPanel as well. From there you can manage the entire hosting and email account.

Are there any restrictions on the themes or plugins I can use?

99% of the time we don’t have any issues with the themes or plugins our customers choose to use. However some themes or plugins may be poorly written and cause problems for your site and our grid as a whole. And in some cases themes can be created with malicious intent and create a security breach. In situations where either of these are true, we will notify you and work with you to replace the offending files with a better choice.

Do you provide tech support?

Absolutely! Each account is assigned a dedicated Account Manager (AM) who manages all customer service issues for you. To get tech support you can either contact your AM directly or submit a support ticket in our support portal. When a support ticket is submitted your AM is notified immediately and they will either answer your need directly or make sure the appropriate technician is able to assist ASAP.

Can you help me transfer my site to your system?

Yes we can! After you set up your account with us, you will receive an email introduction with your dedicated Account Manager (AM). If you need assistance moving your site to us, email your AM and they can get the site migration process started. We may require information from you to access your existing hosting environment for migration, but after that we should be able to move your site to our system within 24 hours.

Can I add additional domains to the same account?

Yes you can! Using the Addon Domains option in your cPanel you can add as many domains as you like. You can then use all of the same features in cPanel for each. Add as many as you like, however we are only able to provide our management services (backups, updates, security scans, reports, up-time monitor, and WPO) to the primary domain on your account.
