How To Set Up Email Accounts
- Login to the Account Center
- Click on the domain that the email account will be for under “Your Active Products/Services”.
- You may create a new email account with one of the two options:
- Type in the username and password under: “Quick Create Email Account”.
- Click “Email Accounts” under “Quick Shortcuts” to create accounts with more options.
How To Setup Email Forwards
- Login to the Account Center
- Click on the domain that the email forward will be for under “Your Active Products/Services”.
- Click “Forwarders” under “Quick Shortcuts” to create email forwarders.
How To Add Email Autoresponders
- Login to the Account Center
- Click on the domain that the email autoresponder will be for under “Your Active Products/Services”.
- Click “Autoresponders” under “Quick Shortcuts” to create email autoresponders.
How To Check Email From Web Browser
- Open your web browser and input https://YourDomain.com:2096 into the address bar making sure to replace “YourDomain” with your domain name.
- Login using your email address and password, when prompted.
- Once logged in you can select many different options or open your inbox.
- To open your inbox select the blue “Open” button for Roundcube.

How To Migrate Email Accounts From Old Hosting To Cloud22
- Create new email accounts in the Account Center with the same address and passwords as the old.
- Download the files off of the old server/hosting.
- Using FTP go to “mail/domain.com/emailAccount” on the old server/hosting.
- Download the new and cur directories, and all of the files inside.
- Connect to your Cloud22 account with FTP and go to “root/mail/domain.com/emailAccount”.
- Upload the new and cur directories into the associated /emailAccount directory.
- Finish any other site migration tasks and then update your DNS to point to Cloud22’s servers.
- Test your email to make sure it works as expected and if troubles arise let us know.
