How To Access cPanel

  1. Login to the Account Center
  2. Click on the correct domain under “Your Active Products/Services”.
  3. Click “Logon to cPanel” in the left sidebar under “Actions”

– OR –

  1. Open your web browser and type YourDomain.com/cpanel/ into the address bar, making sure to replace YourDomain.com with the domain of your web site.

How To Create FTP Accounts

  1. Login to cPanel
    • See How To Access cPanel
  2. Click the “FTP Accounts” icon under the “Files” heading.
  3. Set Login, Password, Directory, and Quota.
  4. When finished click “Create FTP Account” to save your settings.

How To Connect to FTP

In order to access your file system via FTP you will need to use a FTP Client. below are two options we recommend with our system.

  • Filezilla (For Windows/Linux)
  • Cyberduck (For Mac)
FTP Username:Username chosen at signup or FTP account creation.
FTP server:ftp.YourDomain.com
FTP & explicit FTPS port:21
Replace YourDomain.com with the domain of the account you are trying to access.

How To Add Addon Domains

  1. Login to cPanel
    • See How To Access cPanel
  2. Click the “Addon Domains” icon under the “Domains” heading.
  3. Input the domain name and let the “Subdomain” and “Document Root” fields self populate.
  4. Click the blue button labeled “Add Domain”.
  5. Update your name servers to point to your Cloud22 hosting account.

How To Add Subdomains

  1. Login to cPanel.
    • See How To Access cPanel.
  2. Click the “Subdomains” icon under the “Domains” heading.
  3. Input the subdomain name.
  4. Select the domain from the drop down list.
  5. Let the “Document Root” field self populate.
  6. Finally click the blue button labeled “Create”.
